Subject: FW: PA Customer Record Issue

Problem:: not able to create a new customer record that in PA

Cause: Not entering a valid state in state field since it was not a US customer – a customer cannot be saved in ProAccess without a valid state because it is accessing Sage tax tables for the state field

Resolution: Workaround is to use CO in order to save the customer than remove
